Amelie brings a refreshing perspective to the Portland and Vancouver real estate market. Her 12 years of sales and marketing experience, both locally and internationally, give her clients the advantage of working with a seasoned professional who is always thinking a few steps ahead, whether it be writing strategic offers in competitive situations, negotiating repairs on classic old homes, or customizing marketing plans to set her sellers apart. Amelie is a true advocate and constant cheerleader for her clients. She has a healthy sense of urgency and brings a high level of compassion and care to all circumstances.
On top of that, her local knowledge and experience living, working (and playing) in both Portland and Vancouver can’t be beat. Having lived on both sides of the river, she can draw on her experience and connections to be a resource to her clients that are considering both areas. There are very important differences between the two that impact lifestyle as well as finances and Amelie takes pride in helping her clients navigate the decision.
Amelie and her husband, Scott, live in the Concordia Neighborhood in NE Portland. They are only the second owners of their 1940 built home and have enjoyed (for the most part!) slowly updating it. When they aren’t out and about in Portland or Vancouver, they can be found relaxing in their back yard with their Goldendoodle, Jo. And usually a few neighbors too!
Amelie is proud alumni of LaSalle High School and Seattle University. She played volleyball at both and has over 10 years of coaching experience. Now she plays regularly in the Portland City League.
